Responded to calls, dealt with on a 1-1 basis. Adam provided good customer service. updated me on the status of my engine repair and was friendly throughout. Would recommend - price reasonable.

Time-scale was longer than expected, not quite stressed since my sister's wedding was ongoing, but alls well that ends well.
